Do you use real carbon fiber?

Yes, all the bags of the Carbon Fiber Collection are realized with real carbon fiber fabric. We use two different kind of carbon fiber, the autoclave one that is semi-rigid, and it’s realised with the same process of the one used on racing car or motorbikes. It is shaped with a mould and processed in an autoclave with high temperature and pressure. We use it on the Carbon 24 and Carbon 48 bags. The other kind of carbon fiber used on the bags is the soft one. It is produced pairing the carbon fiber with a ultra-thin film of a special plastic. It allows to the material to remain flexible and to be worked as a leather.

is the carbon Fiber unbreakable?

Many people think that the carbon fiber is an unbreakable material, but this is not true. It is very resistant compared with its weight, in some application more that the steel, but at the same time it is very fragile. This is the reason why if you purchase a Carbon 24 or Carbon 48 bag, you have to be careful to avoid any high impact on the carbon fiber sheets as they might be damaged.

How can I pay for my order?

Prices on our website are currently charged in Euro(€). We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. 

Delivery times

As a general rule, orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your item. Delivery usually takes between 1-4 days working days depending on where you live. All the national and international orders are shipped using DHL

Changing an order

An order can be cancelled as long as it has not yet been processed and a new order placed via our online store.

Shipping import fees / Custom charges

Please take note that when shopping internationally, shipments can be subject to import fees and taxes which are due on delivery. It's impossible for us to determine these charges as they vary from country to country and state to state. If you need any detailed information about these charges please contact your local customs office.

My order hasn’t arrived yet

When placing your order, you should have been sent in 1-2 working days a shipping reference or tracking number which you can use on the DHL website to track your order. Please allow between 1-2 working days for DHL Express and up to 4 working days for DHL Standard. Remember it may take longer than expected during busy periods. If you are unable to locate your order then please contact our customer service team support@aznom.it who will be happy to help update you with the status of your order.

Can I update my shipping address?

We will be able to update your shipping address as long as the order has not been processed and dispatched which is usually between 1-2 working days from receipt of order. Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact DHL directly to discuss the option of changing the shipping address.

What is the return policy?

You have strictly 7 working days from the delivery date to return the purchased goods. We can only accept your return if the goods are absolutely unused and in the original condition. We are not able to directly exchange goods so if you decide you would like a different product you will need to return your order and place a new one. Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition we will quality check them and process a refund for the goods. Depending on the original payment it may take a few weeks to see the refund on your account.
If you send back used goods they will be sent back to you at your expense. If goods are received damaged we will not be able to give you a refund, but will contact you with pictures of the damage so you can claim a refund from your shipping company. If the return is despatched after seven working days we will issue a store credit only at our discretion. Shipping costs and import fees are not refundable. Please note that returns from outside the EU that are shipped duty unpaid will be refused until any associated fees are paid by the sender.
